Just about any opamps can be used.
I used a 10 turn trimpot for R23 Notch trim. Feed a sinewave in, and adjust the Initial Frequency until you get the minimum amplitude out. Then adjust R23 until it goes through a minimum again.
R36 is high frquency tracking adjust.
