I didn't think it was necessary to temperature compensate this circuit. If you want to temperate compensate, use a Q81 type +3300ppm/deg C tempco resistor for R4.
The values for R11 and R12 were obtained experimentally on a breadboard. You may want to use a trimpot instead.
